 Terms of Service for Pi Social Poker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pi Social Poker, you agree to these Terms of

Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the

app.

2. Fair Play Policy

Cheating, collusion, or use of multiple accounts to gain

advantage is strictly prohibited.

All players must respect fair play and equal opportunity for

all participants.

Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities will result in

account suspension.

3. Respectful Conduct

Keep all chat and player interactions respectful.

Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will not be

tolerated.

We reserve the right to restrict or ban players who violate

community standards.

4. Sweepstakes & Virtual Currency

Pi used for Sweepstakes or rewards are handled entirely

through the Pi Network.

We do not hold, store, or exchange Pi outside of Pi Network’s

official ecosystem.

Deposits are voluntary and may be used only within the game

for entertainment and community engagement.

5. No Real-World Gambling

Pi Social Poker is a free social game. No real-world currency

is used or awarded.

All gameplay is for entertainment and community purposes

only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pi Social Poker is provided “as is.” We are not liable for

any technical errors, lost data, or transaction failures

within the Pi Network infrastructure.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that

violate these Terms or the spirit of community fairness.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued

use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated

terms.
